We are known for acquisition and disposition of large complex commercial properties; for example, in 2011, we completed two of the largest transactions in New Orleans: one was a complicated 600 acre land development with wetlands issues  which we marketed nationally and received six offers, and another was a 131,000sf vacant building on Canal Street which we were able to find three buyers. We also recently completed the largest industrial sale in New Orleans which became a multi-family development.
