LoveYourBrain improves the mental, physical, and social well-being of people with brain injury and their caregivers. We envision a world where everyone affected by brain injury feels resilient and connected because a path to holistic well-being is always accessible. Founded in 2014 by brothers Kevin and Adam Pearce, after Kevin’s severe TBI before the 2010 Olympics, LoveYourBrain offers free, research-backed programs that foster community and resilience for the brain injury community. Our Programs: LoveYourBrain Mindset Online: Online yoga, mindfulness & education to build resilience for the brain injury community. Community Retreats: Multi-day in-person experiences for people with TBI and their caregivers. Teacher Training: Certifying yoga teachers, group facilitators, and anyone interested in teaching TBI-friendly yoga and meditation. Health Professionals Training: Specifically designed for health professionals working in inpatient to post-acute brain injury services for patients with traumatic brain injury, stroke, and other forms of ABI. Meditation and Yoga Library: Guided meditations, educational videos, community stories, and informative posts focusing on rest, resilience, awareness, and community connection. Since 2014, we have served over 47,000 people worldwide. In 2023, Adam Pearce, co-founder and Executive Director of LoveYourBrain, was named a CNN Hero in recognition of his leadership and LoveYourBrain’s contributions to the brain injury community.
