The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) is a professional trade organization representing the rental housing industry. We have over 400 members, which includes just over 26,000 rental units in the Lubbock and South Plains area. Our members include owners, management companies, and businesses that offer products and services to the industry. We strive to uphold integrity in the rental housing industry. Our purpose is uniting, supporting, and fostering communication between, owners, managers, and product / service vendors directly associated with and affected by the rental housing industry.

Our expressed goal is to strengthen the image, ethical standards, education, and professionalism of those involved with the ownership and management of rental housing on a local, state, and national level; and to be an advocate for the rights of our members.

The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assist those involved in the rental housing industry. We are affiliated with the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) in Austin and the National Apartment Association (NAA) in Washington, D.C.

The benefits of membership in our organization are limitless and vary for the two categories of membership; Owner Member and Product/Service Member.
