Luke's Ice Cream is a manufacturer and wholesaler of gourmet ice creams, sorbets, yogurts, sugar free ice cream etc. We have been in business since 1984. We manufacture our products for food service with our customers being primarily restaurants, country clubs, cruise ships, schools, hospitals, retirement communities, distributors, etc.

From 1 tub or 1 cs of 4 oz cups to trailer loads, we can service the largest distributors to the smallest cafes. From stock items to custom flavors, we pride ourselves on exceptional products and outstanding customer service.

Our strategic location close to all Florida ports makes delivering directly to the cruise ships, the Caribbean & Europe a breeze.

We co-pack for several larger companies both nationally and internationally who find it less expensive and more convenient to have a local company manufacture their products with their label.

All of our products are manufactured from scratch. Our plant is strictly regulated by the Fla Dept of Agriculture, FDA and USDA. We are E.U. certified and KOF-K Kosher.
