About the general manager position

LUMI Worldwide is launching a green, trendy and organic hotel in Williamsburg, Virginia. The hotel needs to be renovated, repositioned, rebranded, and relaunched.

This is a very RARE opportunity for an extraordinary hospitality expert to work directly with the hotel owner to transform this property with 122 rooms on three acres into a modern, classic, one of a kind green, organic and trendy hotel with an amazing organic English garden.

We are looking for one highly motivated and talented general manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hotel room renovation experience, be pragmatic, have excellent common sense, be creative and open minded to embrace new possibilities, have excellent people skills to work with staff and different vendors, and be detail oriented with budgeting and spending.

LUMI Worldwide is also looking for a front desk manager for this Williamsburg hotel.
