Luminite Products Corporation, a family-owned business based in Bradford, Pennsylvania, has operated since 1926 and maintains a small-to-mid-sized workforce. It provides digital direct laser-engraved continuous printing sleeves and cylinders intended for the printing and packaging industry. The company supports flexographic production by offering sleeves suitable for embossing, hot stamping, coating, and ink handling, and it maintains more than 30 elastomer blends to match the inks and coatings used, with technical guidance to select the most appropriate material. Three advanced laser systems enable engraving of customer designs with details as small as 0.75 point and screening up to 175 dots per square inch. Its Load-N-Lok Air Sleeve technology uses an external air inlet to ease mounting and positioning, enabling multiple sleeves on a single base and potential cost savings for smaller print widths, and the company is a member of the Flexographic Technical Association.
