Luminos Fund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to foundational learning, with a focus on those affected by crisis, poverty, or discrimination. It runs accelerated learning programs for out-of-school children in sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East, helping learners acquire essential literacy and numeracy skills and transition into government schools after one school year. To date, the organization has enabled more than 481,000 vulnerable and out-of-school children to get a second chance to learn. The group is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and carries out its work in regions where children face significant challenges. It works with government and community partners, including Ghana's Complementary Education Agency and local organizations, to implement its model. In 2025, Luminos participated in United Nations General Assembly Week in New York and marked the official launch of its book, The Luminos Method: The Secret to Unlocking the Light of Learning in Every Child.
