Our philosophy is, Realtors work hard for their money, they should be justly compensated. 100% of the commission is much better that the traditional 20%, 30%, or even 50% to the Broker, plus their 6% franchise fees.

We charge a nominal $40 per month, $300 transaction fee. However, low fees do not mean low service. Luxury & Beach Realty offers monthly marketing initiatives, educational training and all the support you need to make your transactions go smoothly.
