Lynnhaven Dive Center, located in Virginia Beach, has operated in the area for about 35 years. It offers scuba instruction for a full spectrum of levels—from beginner courses to instructor training—for divers aged 8 to 108. The center runs on-water dives aboard its custom boat, The Miss Mackenzie, visiting wrecks and artificial reefs in the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. It also provides swim and snorkel lessons and rents its large indoor heated pool for training and events.

The facility supports a growing dive club and maintains a travel program that draws divers from Hampton Roads, the Eastern Shore, North Carolina, and beyond. In addition to recreational instruction, its government and commercial sales team outfits public safety and military customers, offers custom fittings, carries a broad catalog of brands, and provides on-site repair, air fills, and hydrostatic testing.
