ABOUT US: Lyons O'Dowd was formed by Marc Lyons, Megan O'Dowd and Luke O'Dowd. Prior to starting Lyons O'Dowd, Marc was the founder and managing partner at Ramsden & Lyons for several decades. Marc brings a wealth of experience to the firm including having successfully litigated cases before State and Federal Courts in Idaho and Washington. Marc currently serves as general counsel to several public agencies and private businesses and applies his years of litigation experience to his role as a mediator. Luke began his career as in-house counsel for a broker-dealer where he assisted in public and private offerings, FINRA and SEC compliance, and regulatory defense. As attorney for the broker-dealer, Luke held Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses. Megan clerked for the Idaho Supreme Court before starting in private practice. Megan focuses her practice on public agency, education, employment and real estate matters.
