Fully Vertically Integrated
M2’s commitment to excellence begins with its cultivation process. Mushrooms are grown in California on certified organic oats, allowing the mycelium to fully colonize the oats until fruiting bodies are produced. When the mushrooms are mature, they are harvested to include both the mycelium and the fruiting body. This unique approach yields full-spectrum mushroom powders rich in bioactive compounds, providing a more comprehensive source of functional benefits compared to extracts or powders using solely the fruiting body or the mycelium alone. 

To preserve the functional benefits of the ingredients, the mushrooms are carefully dried and processed within M2 Ingredients BRCGS AA+ rated facility. This ensures minimal handling from the growing to the processing to deliver the highest quality mushroom powders to customers.
