Machine Diagnostics has been providing our clients with predictive maintenance solutions for 18 years. Our services include vibration analysis, infrared scans, compressed air and steam leak surveys, and oil analysis. These predictive maintenance technologies have had a tremendous impact on improving plant operating efficiency, reducing production downtime due to equipment failure, and in reducing maintenance costs. Our services have also helped in reducing our clients' "carbon footprint" while improving plant safety. Our services have allowed maintenance departments to develop a proactive approach to asset reliability while realizing significant cost savings.
