They say you cannot bottle love, but that’s exactly what we do at Mad Will’s Food Company. Started by William Russell-Shapiro (aka Billy to us here), he took his passion for food and the adoration for his children and named the company after them: Mad Will’s Food Company. Mad Will’s Food Company was established in the late 1980′s to produce signature sauces for Fire House Barbecue restaurants, Billy’s first group of restaurants in the Bay Area. Nearly 25 years later Mad Will’s Food Company has matured to produce a line of more than 80 premium private label products plus manages co-packing for exclusive brands across the country. Today, we still bottle with love. From our private label programs, to our co-packing customers, we put pride in every bottle. We love food. We love serving our customers, large and small.
