We cover a large area of Florida, from Collier County at the South to Citrus County at the North, with five local offices up & down the West Coast to service you, and each office has professional REO agents in each specific market.

We specialize in REO Intakes, Cash-for-Keys, Evictions, Property Preservation, Asset Valuations, Real Estate Marketing, and finish the transaction all the way to Closing for our valued clients!

Our solid plan of action also involves heavy marketing of the REO Assets, via multiple levels of internet marketing.  We employ large sites such as Realtor.Com, Homes.Com, Trulia.Com, as well as almost 50 other largely populated websites.  In addition, we feature them on multiple MLS services across the State, as we are Members on several Realtor Boards statewide.
