CNC 2D and 3D bending options enable wire forms to be created in a matter of seconds. Madsen has 3 programmable robotic spot welders on the premises, which can produce intricate grids twice as fast as a spot welder. With a mesh spot welder grids are made in minutes, as Madsen Steel Products machine can weld grids at approximately 1 second per weld. Madsen Steel Products uses finishing options such as powder coating, plating, electro polishing, and epoxy create their clients end product with ease.
