Madsen Steel Wire has the ability to straighten and cut wire that run .105” to .50” diameter material, running at competitive speeds based on the diameter.

CNC 2D and 3D bending options enable wire forms to be created in a matter of seconds.  

Madsen has 3 programmable robotic spot welders on the premises, which can produce intricate grids twice as fast as a spot welder. 

With a mesh spot welder grids are made in minutes, as Madsen Steel Products machine can weld grids at approximately 1 second per weld.  

Madsen Steel Products uses finishing options such as powder coating, plating, electro polishing, and epoxy create their clients end product with ease.
