Magazzino Italian Art Foundation operates a museum in Cold Spring, New York devoted to Italian Postwar and Contemporary Art. The 20,000-square-foot facility, completed in 2017 and designed by Spanish architect Miguel Quismondo, houses an extensive library and archive for researchers and students. It functions as a cultural hub in the Hudson Valley, offering programs in collaboration with local organizations to engage the regional community. Co-founded by Nancy Olnick and Giorgio Spanu, the institution is a small nonprofit focused on access to Italian art and scholarly study.

It positions itself as a bridge between American and Italian institutions, supporting contemporary Italian artists and fostering scholarly and public dialogue around Italian Postwar and Contemporary Art in the United States. Recent leadership updates include the appointment of Filippo Fossati as Director of the Museum in 2024.
