A Magnamed é uma empresa brasileira voltada para o mercado de critical care  especializada em ventilação pulmonar. A companhia destaca-se no desenvolvimento de equipamentos médicos hospitalares de alta tecnologia e inovação inteligente para vida.

A empresa foi fundada em 2005 por três sócios engenheiros, contendo a inovação em seu DNA. A Magnamed é reconhecida em mais de 40 países, por seu profundo conhecimento e pela busca constante por novas soluções para o mercado.

Com seis equipamentos médicos em seu portfólio – os ventiladores pulmonares Oxymag, Oxymag Agile Fleximag, FlexiMag Plus e  Babymag, e o analisador  de testes Ventmeter. Entre 2012 e 2014, a empresa registrou um crescimento de 150%. No início de 2015, entrou em operação a nova fábrica da Magnamed, localizada no distrito industrial de Cotia, na grande São Paulo.

A Magnamed é uma das investidas do Fundo Criatec, cogerido pela INSEED e que realizou o primeiro round em 2008. 


The MAGNAMED is a Brazilian company focused on the critical care market specializing in pulmonary ventilation . The company stands out in the development of hospital medical equipment of high technology and intelligent innovation for life.

The company was founded in 2005 by three engineers partners, containing innovation in its DNA . The MAGNAMED is recognized in over 40 countries , in -depth knowledge and the constant search for new solutions to the market .

With six medical equipments in its portfolio – the lug ventilators Oxymag, OxyMag Agile, Fleximag, FlexiMag Plus,  Babymag and the testing equipment Ventmeter. Between 2012 and 2014, the company recorded a growth of 150%. In early 2015, came into operation a new Magnamed’s factory in Cotia’s Industrial District, localized in São Paulo.

Magnamed is one of the thrusts of Fundo Criatec, an Investment Fund which is co-managed by INSEED and whom held the first round in 2008.
