Magnani & Wagner Ltd. is a Chicago-based litigation firm. We place particular emphasis on the preparation and trial or settlement of civil lawsuits in state and federal courts. Representation includes individuals, insurers and self-insurers. We are prepared to handle legal matters in any jurisdiction throughout Illinois, and to try cases anywhere in the country. We have argued cases in the Illinois Appellate Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Illinois Supreme Court.
