Mahoney Foundries Inc. is a Non-ferrous casting company that uses modern technology and a highly productive workforce to produce the best quality product. Since 1972, we are a family owned company.  MFI produces high quality aluminum, bronze, and brass sand castings with are value added machining capabilities, in-house heat treat facility and pattern engineering department. The acquisitions of two foundries, Ward Aluminum and Multi-Cast has allowed us to expand to better fit our customers needs. Ward Aluminum - located in Fort Wayne, IN. Is adding permanent mold, heat treat, and engineering services to the list of our capabilities. Multi-Cast - located in Wauseon, OH. Is increasing our aluminum green sand capacity.
