Maibec inc. is a wholesale building materials company based in Levis, Quebec, that evolved from a family-owned lumber producer into a specialist in exterior siding systems. Its product portfolio includes genuine wood siding (cladding, shingles, and trim), the Maibec CanExel engineered siding line, the Maibec Acenta fastened-stone accent system, and horticultural mulch, supported by a sizable workforce across multiple production sites in Quebec and nearby regions.

In the broader building materials industry, Maibec positions itself as a provider of complete exterior siding solutions for construction and renovation projects. Its operations span three Quebec sites—Saint-Pamphile, Saint-Théophile and Levis—and extend to Balmoral (New Brunswick), East River (Nova Scotia), Dewdney (British Columbia) and Stoughton (Massachusetts). A notable development in late 2021 was the introduction of two new exterior siding lines: Maibec Acenta, a fastened-stone accent system, and VStyle, a new profile within the Maibec CanExel line.
