Main Line School Night (MLSN) is a nonprofit organization for lifelong learning, offering over 1,000 enriching classes, events, and trips each year across 23 subject areas—from current affairs and history to cooking, wellness, arts, and languages. Founded in 1938, what began as an “experiment in adult education” has grown into a beloved community institution that continues to inspire curiosity and connection across generations. MLSN is a place where everyone—from casual dabblers to tireless questioners—can expand their minds, meet insightful new people, and grow as engaged, thoughtful citizens. Our programs are shaped by our community and led by university professors and field experts, resulting in some of the region’s most intellectually stimulating personal enrichment offerings. With classes offered at the historic Creutzburg Center, Lower Merion High School, local businesses and online, MLSN strengthens the fabric of our region—one curious mind at a time.
