Maj Invest is a Copenhagen-based asset management group founded in 2005 and predominantly owned by its management and employees. The group is organized as Maj Invest Holding and includes subsidiaries such as Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest, Maj Invest Equity, and Maj Bank. In its asset management arm, the firm provides strategic asset allocation advice and manages securities listed on regulated markets for institutional clients, mutual funds, and other professional clients, while also offering wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals, companies, and funds.

Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest acts as the portfolio adviser and main distributor for the mutual fund Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest, which is open to all types of investors and offers products across equities, bonds, and mixed portfolios. The private equity arm, Maj Invest Equity, manages private equity funds investing in unlisted equities, with a Danish focus on Danish unlisted equity and an international program targeting financial inclusion, as well as a fund focused on minority investments in life sciences and green tech in Denmark and abroad. Through Maj Invest Bank, the group provides investment advisory services to retail clients via the Maj World platform.
