We are your neighbors, Steven and Denise Margolies. 

Steven served for 10 years as president of the Homeowners Association of Esperanza at Mirasol. He has a thorough understanding of communities and its current needs. Prior to moving to Florida he owned a successful printing company in New York for over 28 years. 

Denise was a commercial lending officer prior to her becoming the mother of two children. Together we have created Majestic Home Management Services, Inc., an exclusive Property Management Company.
