MAJOR is a Commercial General Contractor with a large field staff that specializes in painting, high performance coatings, sealants, warehouse floor repair, small concrete repair, joint filler, and carpentry services. 

Found in 1988 as a Commercial Painting Contractor, MAJOR focused on servicing Property and Facility Managers in the Kansas City Metro. Over the years, MAJOR would eventually morph into a Full Service General Contractor as its customer asked them to perform more and more work scopes due to the high quality of craftsmanship and customer service they brought to the projects. 

Today, MAJOR continues to service the Kansas City Metro, however does travel the US servicing properties for its local customers with remote locations.
