I serve as the lead Realtor providing expert guidance, sharing my knowledge of the industry and the area and negotiating in your best interest. My lender partner will be available with his team to get you preapproved ahead of time and make sure that you are fully prepared to write on offer on the property of your dreams. My unique showing process will help you eliminate the wrong properties and get to the right home as quickly and as stress-free as possible. You will also receive excellent care and timely communications from my client care and relocation specialists who are always available to help answer your questions, provide information on listings and other sources of information. Once you are under contract on your next home, you will be in contact with my closing coordinator, who works diligently on your behalf coordinating and communicating with the listing agent, the lender, the title company, myself and with you, to make sure we have all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Together we will orchestrate a smooth, successful and enjoyable transaction just for you!
