The universe of publicly traded companies is constantly monitored for prospects.

Deep qualitative and quantitative research by independent, highly qualified CFA’s with top institutional research firms, reduces the prospects to a smaller number of candidates.  These are further analyzed relative to current market price and estimated target price, resulting in a wish list of companies that we view as exceptional investment opportunities.

These stocks are monitored during market hours for unusual short term circumstances that may enhance entry price.  Occasionally, such a buying window appears. At that time, assuming all conditions are still go, a conservative portion of the investment portfolio will be invested.

Positions are normally held for long term, unless or until the company story is no longer deemed promising, or no longer exceptional relative to market price.
