Malick & Scherer, P.C. (M&S), is a multidisciplinary engineering firm providing engineering and surveying services for infrastructure projects throughout the tri-state area.  The M&S team, including Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, Environmental Scientists, and highly experienced technical support has been providing design services to major transportation agencies throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.  Services provided by the firm include survey and basemapping, roadway and structural design, utility coordination and design, grading and drainage design, ecological analysis (wetlands, T&E, etc.), stormwater management design, roadway access design, environmental permitting, and traffic engineering.  M&S has provided these services on various federal, state, and municipal government projects throughout the area, including agencies such as New Jersey Turnpike Authority, NJDOT, NJ Transit, SEPTA, PennDOT, Port Authority of NY & NJ, NYCDDC, and numerous county and municipal agencies.   

M&S is also prequalified in various disciplines with the following agencies:  NJDOT, Port Authority of NY & NJ, NJ Turnpike, and NJEDA (NJ Schools Construction Corporation). Prequalifications include highway design, bridge design, signalized intersection, drainage design, environmental permitting, wetlands delineation, traffic engineering, roadside safety design, surveying and right-of-way, and structural engineering.

M&S is certified by the NJDOT, NJ Turnpike, NJ Transit, PAUCP, Port Authority of NY & NJ, New York State Department of Economic Development, and the  New  Jersey  Department  of  Commerce  as  an  Emerging Small Business Enterprise (ESBE),  Disadvantaged  Business  Enterprise  (DBE),  Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
