The company develops alloys and uses processes for the manufacture of high-performance metal parts, cast and centrifuged, for the petrochemical, nuclear, oil extraction, energy, and defense markets.

Manoir France recruits across all departments and continually advocates for the metalworking professions through initiatives with schools and partnerships with universities. With the support of local partners, an apprenticeship policy has been implemented to introduce young people to metalworking careers and develop local educational programs leading to diplomas (Professional Baccalaureate in Foundry, Machining Technician Baccalaureate, BTS in Industrial Product Design, and Mechanical and Automation Engineering Diploma), supervised in the field by experienced tutors.
