The fund focuses primarily on small to mid-sized capitalization companies, and uses little to no financial leverage.The fund’s investment approach is completely fundamental research driven, including regular direct communication with company managements. Portfolio construction typically includes 20 to 30 core positions, with opportunistic trading around those core positions. The fund targets an average exposure of 40% to 60% net long, and seeks to maintain diversity among the targeted industry segments
