Tausha discovered her passion for real estate in 2003 when she purchased her first homestead, fixed it up, and sold it two short years later for a tidy, tax-free profit. Since then, she has “flipped” homes, served as a general contractor, and invested in rental properties. Finding her passion for real estate drove Tausha to become a licensed real estate broker and to launch Marathon Real Estate in 2006. While training for the Austin marathon, she realized the traits that helped her go the distance in ~20 marathons were the same characteristics that brought her success in the real estate profession - discipline, dedication, perseverance, high energy, enthusiasm, time management skills, a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. Marathon Real Estate is a full service residential boutique firm located in central Austin providing "marathon" service to Austin and the surrounding area.
