Marberry Machine, Inc. is an ISO certified contract manufacturer of oil & gas related products such as surface , subsea BOP parts, high pressure umbilical components, riser flanges, dual block valves,  and too many other items to list. We are also a supplier of  U S Navy Nuclear valves & piping Flow down Requirements, Cage Code 59H34, JCP Approved Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, DD Form 2345 ID 0075511, as well as mining, construction and power generation equipment. Machining capabilities allow for machining of products up to 216" in diameter on our Largest Toshiba CNC VTL, which boasts a beefy 44,000# table capacity and we recently machined a 58 foot long assembly. Strategically located adjacent to this machine is our 6" Spindle Toshiba Mill. This BP-150 has 140" of X-Axis Travel, and table capacity of 44,000# which is a nice compliment to the VTL. In addition to large format machining, Marberry Machine is also quite efficient machining products from 1.5" - 12" diameter in our CNC Lathe Cell which includes Mazak and Mori Seiki Lathes with Live Tooling, or one of the other 36 machine tools (comprised of a diverse blend of turning and milling equipment).  To offer additional value added processes, for years Marberry Machine has performed in house inconel 625 corrosion  resistant overlays on a multitude of products. In our stable of procedures you will find DNV approved 625 on 4130, F22 , 8630 and many others. Over the years, we have developed the expertise in machining exotic materials, such as waspalloy, hastelloy, nitornic 60, Beta C titanium, ferralium, renee 55 to inconels.
