Based upon our research, we have created a methodology for decoding how any market will buy.  We then use this map of the Customer Buying Journey to enable our clients to develop their business strategies and to align marketing and sales investments to how their market buys.  

We believe that many of today’s selling approaches and marketing initiatives simply do not go far enough.  They may gain a customer’s interest but they fall short in gaining an organizational commitment to buy.  Success in today’s market is through looking beyond the internal aspects of sales and marketing approaches to the external reality of how customer’s actually buy.  We call this Outside-In Revenue Generation.
