Marketplace Strategy was acquired in August 2018 by a digital marketing agency formerly known as SocialCode (under the Graham Holdings umbrella), which is now Code3. SocialCode’s acquisition of MPS was to demonstrate their commitment to offering a 360 degree solution to brands as marketplace expansion began to grow. We have continued to operate as Marketplace Strategy for the past three years and SocialCode went through a rebrand, resulting in Code3.
