Markham & Company LLC is a tax consultancy with an expertise in tax controversy and tax problem resolution.  We offer two primary services.  We have "regular, cyclical clients" that return to us annually for expert preparation of their taxes.    

We also have a group of clients that are "tax problem resolution" clients.  Our goal with our tax problem resolution clients is to resolve their state and federal tax problems as efficiently and effectively as possible.  We do this while zealously protecting their rights and having them pay the lowest amount legally possible.  We want to help taxpayers that wish to return to the tax system with as little pain as possible.    We represent taxpayers with Tax Controversies, including audits and appeals.
