Marlin specializes in cleaning baskets, washing baskets, parts washing baskets, heat treating baskets, ultrasonic cleaning baskets, material handling baskets, wire racks, wire transport baskets, wire forms, machined components, laser cut sheet metal fabrications, punched metal baskets punched fabrications.

Marlin Steel has a laser that cuts sheet metal that is 5/8" thick one foot a second. It cuts very precisely - approximately 0.004" tolerance.

Marlin Wire also has four cnc wire bending robots that can bend wire forms in three dimensions as fast as 457 feet per minute. 

Marlin Steel also has a four axis mill with a probe to determine tolerance +0.002"

In addition, Marlin Steel has a pair of robotic welders. One of the Welders is medium Frequency for extraordinary weld quality and minimum weld upset. The unit has a z-axis welding head as well as a 359 degree xy welding head and a pair of xy axis welders with a ten foot by four foot table. There are four machines of this capability in the world and Marlin has the only unit outside of Germany.
