Founded in 1926, Marsh Properties has long been a part of Charlotte’s skyline. When Lex Marsh built his first multi-family residences in the 1920’s, he demonstrated a deep sense of stewardship for the Charlotte community and its people and this dedication continues today. 

Through the years, we’ve developed local landmark communities such as the new Park & Kingston located in Historic South End, Queens at Granville in Myers Park, Strawberry Hill Apartments and Shopping Village in SouthPark, and Providence Park located on the edge of Ballantyne.
