The current owner, President Thomas Livingston, purchased Martex in February 2002. Under his leadership, Martex has grown into the best landscape management company in its market with a loyal following of customers and employees. Our strategy for success is simple: produce quality work with tremendous value for our customers.

Martex Services operates throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. We concentrate our activities on large commercial and homeowner association properties. Property management companies in our area regularly rely on Martex Services to handle the landscape management requirements for their properties. 

Our team of account managers, supervisors, and technicians provides an array of services to many of the premier properties in our market. Our service delivery model is based on a routine inspection process and a commitment to the constant improvement of our properties and our service. We recruit talented degreed horticulture professionals to ensure the needs of our clients are being fulfilled. Our service divisions include Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Installation, Irrigation, and Janitorial Maintenance.
