Martide operates in the maritime transportation sector and is based in Singapore, Central Region. The company offers a software as a service platform that links seafarers with small- to medium-sized shipping firms to fill vacancies at sea, combining recruitment and crew management into a single digital workspace. It also integrates with existing legacy recruitment and crewing systems, helping shipowners advertise jobs, manage applicants, and oversee crew on board, budgets, and change-over dates.

For seafarers, Martide provides a profile-based job network and a mobile app that enables applicants to search for, apply to, and track open positions from anywhere. A notable development in its recent history is the launch of a Crew Change feature in April 2021, reflecting ongoing enhancements to its platform. The company serves the maritime industry by connecting shipowners and managers with qualified crew and facilitating employment opportunities for seafarers.
