MCE Women's Business Center MCE Women's Business Center (WBC) is designed to assist businesswomen in starting and expanding small businesses on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Anne Arundel County. The Women's Business Center operates to assist women entrepreneurs to succeed. It offers training, consulting, counseling, one-on-one mentoring, and micro- and small business loans to women entrepreneurs from both center locations in Salisbury and Baltimore.
