Growth & Expansion Maryland Hillel is expanding facilities in College Park with a large new 39,105-square-foot center, signaling capacity to scale programs, events, and campus partnerships. This presents opportunities to offer facility management, event technology, security, furniture, and long-term infrastructure solutions.

Engagement Momentum The organization reaches about 4,500 unique students annually through a diverse program mix and recently added a new director of engagement. This indicates readiness for tools that optimize member recruitment, retention analytics, CRM for student engagement, and targeted program marketing.

Tech Stack Fit Current tech usage includes iCIMS, WordPress, MariaDB, WooCommerce, Mailgun, Microsoft 365, WP Engine, and Piwik PRO Core, suggesting alignment with hiring, content, email, e-commerce for merchandise, and analytics ecosystems. Opportunities exist for integrated marketing automation, advanced analytics, or MSP services to optimize these platforms.

Funding & Partnerships Recent $400K in matching donations and a strategic partnership with Hillel International indicate strong grant- and donor-driven potential. This opens doors for fundraising tech, donor management systems, grant management tools, and partnership enablement services.

Market Position As a mid-sized religious campus organization with significant reach and a large new facility, Maryland Hillel sits between smaller campus groups and larger national networks. This presents opportunities for scalable programs, training services, event partnerships, and cross-network collaboration to enhance national-to-local impact.
