The Massachusetts Brewers Guild is a nonprofit trade association serving the craft beer industry in Massachusetts. Founded in 2007 and based in Framingham, the organization supports Massachusetts breweries licensed by federal and state authorities by promoting craft brewing, advocating for license and franchise law reforms, and acting as a voice on Beacon Hill. It provides resources and marketing support to member breweries, helps showcase the diversity of local beer through events and a mobile beer trail map, and collaborates on initiatives to advance education and industry standards. While its membership is restricted to licensed Massachusetts breweries, the Guild also partners on community outreach and industry initiatives, such as allyship and diversity efforts, to strengthen the region’s craft beer landscape.
