Company History I stared my company in 2015 because I saw too many ERP implementations failing due to poor project management. Through years of managing ERP and BI projects, I found that clients usually rely on the VAR to provide project management, but in an environment of falling IT budgets, the first area cut is project management. Without a VAR PM, IT departments turn to a current IT PM to manage the ERP project and it fails because few IT professionals have managed an ERP project. These individuals already have a job and are surprised to find ERP PM is a full time job and will choose their “real” job over the ERP project every time. I have found that successful clients hired a contract ERP PM to have an AX expert who is dedicated to the project, yet goes away at the end, maintaining company personnel integrity while saving money.
