Master's is a true team practice. We create this environment in three specific ways:

First, all of our advice and recommendations are generated by the team of advisors. With this structure clients benefit from various opinions and ideas that are vigorously debated in a round-table discussion until the team determines the planning solutions that best serve that client’s needs.

Second, no advisor at Master's has an individual book of business. Because all clients are “clients of the firm,” each client experiences the benefits of our diverse team of talented people. Our education, individual skills and interests, and life experiences vary greatly; however, when blended well together, our clients receive broad-based advice and excellent service.

Last, all of our advisors work for a salary, with no compensation tied to the advice they give. This places a firewall between compensation and advice, protecting both integrity and objectivity. It also creates an environment where it does not matter which advisor works with a particular client. Our unique financial structure eliminates internal competition and ensures that every client is receiving consistent advice.
