Matcovich PLC Matcovich PLC, is a Professional Limited Liability Company located in Essex Junction, Vermont, It provides high quality, economical, project management engineering and construction oversight services to commercial and industrial clients in northern New England. These will be delivered by Philip A. Matcovich Jr. PE and other consultants and contractors as required. Mr. Matcovich has over thirty four years of experience in project management, engineering and construction and is a licensed engineer in six states. Matcovich PLC was incorporated in the state of Vermont in December of 2002 as a Professional Limited Liability Company. Our goal is to provde excellant service and thus establish a loyal client base.

Our company will succeed by effectively marketing these skills to industrial and commercial clients. While many companies have stripped their staff to minimum levels, the need for project management , engineering and construction oversight for major projects remains. Our strength is to be able to provide this on an as needed basis to multiple clients as their needs arise.
