MRF creates High Temperature vacuum and controlled atmosphere furnaces. We have served the production and R&D community with excellence since 1990. The MRF team focuses upon applications such as: sintering, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), hot pressing, pyrolysis, physical vapor deposition (PVT), crystal growth, brazing, annealing and arc melting. System temperatures range from 500 C to 3500 C. Resistance, induction, and arc are utilized for precision heating.  Our systems range in usable process volumes of 35 ft3 (1 m3 ) to a few in3 (cm3)
