Mates4Mates is a non-profit organization in Australia that supports current and former Australian Defence Force members and their families affected by service. The organization addresses physical injuries, mental health challenges, and social disconnection by providing rehabilitation, wellbeing programs, skills development, and social activities. Since its founding in 2013, it has helped more than 11,000 veterans and families.

Its services are delivered through centres in North Queensland, South East Queensland, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory, with additional outreach locations nationwide and online access. In 2023, a partnership with GO2 Health aimed to develop a business case for establishing the Ipswich Veterans’ and Families’ Hub.
