Matt Machine & Manufacturing Inc. is a family owned and operated contract manufacturer. We specialize in machined parts for medical devices, flow meters and analytical equipment. Our 18,200 square foot facility is fully air-conditioned and houses 20 CNC machine tools, plus various support equipment. We strive to maintain a reputation as a machine shop that customers can depend on for their parts as well as one that employees can support themselves and their families. We have gained a reputation for doing quality work with above average turn-around times. Our work ranges from small to medium sized lot production on a wide variety of parts. The work we do is primarily tight tolerance with a high degree of aesthetics being just as important. Matt Machine runs a single daylight shift. Over the years we have developed our Lights Out Manufacturing techniques to keep our Horizontal Machining Centers and several other machines running 24 hours a day, this has helped us to reduce part costs and improve throughput.
