Mattiace Properties, Inc., also operating as The Mattiace Company, is a mid-sized non-residential real estate leasing and property management firm based in downtown Jackson, Mississippi, founded in 1979. Since 1985, the firm has focused on upscale shopping centers, retail strip centers, malls, office buildings, and industrial sites across Mississippi and the Southeastern United States. Its affiliated operations encompass property management, leasing, and brokerage, collectively known as The Mattiace Company.

The company has played a significant role in the Jackson metropolitan office market, managing more than one million square feet of office space in the Jackson Central Business District. Its affiliated groups have been recognized in industry circles, including being named among the Top 100 Owners and Managers by Retail Traffic and identified as a Top 100 Private Company in Mississippi and Best Commercial Real Estate Firm by The Mississippi Business Journal. In 2016, Carnegie Companies, Inc. partnered with The Mattiace Company to pursue the Madison Grandview project, a roughly 60-acre site.
