Mattson Technology designs, manufactures, markets and supports semiconductor wafer processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits. We are a key supplier of dry strip, rapid thermal anneal, plasma etch, and millisecond anneal equipment to the global semiconductor industry.
